These Terms govern your use of Restock Radar(the “Service”), an independent alerting service for Pokémon TCG product restocks. By subscribing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Restock Radar sends notifications about retail product availability and pricing. We are a monitoring and notification service only. We do not sell, reserve, or guarantee any product, and availability and prices are controlled entirely by third-party retailers.
Subscriptions & billing
Premium access is sold and billed through Whop. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under Whop’s terms. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Whop account.
Acceptable use
Do not resell, redistribute, or automate scraping of alerts, and do not abuse the Discord community. We may suspend access for violations.
No affiliation
Restock Radar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., or any retailer. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that alerts will be timely, accurate, or that products will remain available.
